About Us

Meaghan Sullivan

Executive Director

Throughout her 20-years of experience working in career-connected education, Meaghan has seen first-hand how, for many learners, navigating the educational system means running into more walls than doors. Fueled by a belief that collaboration unlocks possibilities, Meaghan supports joint efforts to reimagine and redesign pathways to economic mobility. Her experience as a program practitioner has equipped her to translate visionary ideas into impactful solutions that drive real-world change.

Before serving as the founding Executive Director of SyncUp Colorado, Meaghan worked nationally as an education-workforce consultant, and served as President of CareerWise Colorado. She has worked with Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Pacific Science Center and the Boys & Girls Club.

To learn more about Meaghan’s work, how to say her name (hint: it rhymes with vegan), or why she named her dog after a geological phenomenon.
